Homeroom Fun

 

 

Four times a year, NCCS students can attend Homeroom Fun.  Each grade level or group of grade levels has a homeroom mother who will plan or coordinate the 4 activities. 

 

Homeroom Mothers for 2010-2011:

Kindergarten through Grade 2 = Crystal Schuijt

Grades 3 and 4 = Kerri Rogers

Grades 5 and 6 = Becky Nelson

Grade 7 = Denyse Olson

Grades 8 - 9 = Susan Gattle

Grades 10 - 11 = Joann LaFont

Grade 12 = Christine Phillips

 

All homerooms meet at the same time and place so that travel commitments for parents are minimalized.  Dates for the homeroom events will be posted by August 15.

 

Parents will be able to bring their students to the correct grade level homeroom for fun, which may include a party, crafts, community activity, or other fun activities.  Parents can then float between the activities of their various students.  These activities are optional, but highly encouraged in order for parents and students to have contact time with others in their specific grade level(s).
