General Information:
Make checks payable to "NCCS." You can make one check for all payments on a single date, such as one check might include tuition, a late fee, and a book sale. If you are paying for multiple items, please attach a note explaining how we should divide the amount.
All book club payments should also be made to "NCCS," not the individual bookclub. One check can pay all orders and can be included with multiple payments as listed above.
If you cannot pay on time, go ahead and submit the written report without the payment. You will avoid Late Paperwork Fees if you get the report in on time even without the money. Please attach a note telling us hwne you will pay.
No records will be released until your account is clear at the end of the year. This includes transfer of records, test results, diplomas, etc.

The Registration Fee for NCCS is as follows:
Kindergarten - Grade 5 = $145 per student

Financial Aid Applications will be due in the school office no later than May 1, 2010 for the 2010-2011 academic year. Aid applications submitted after that deadline cannot be guaranteed a review.
All Aid applications are reviewed by a committee of three to include one or two elders of COTR, and one or two staff NCCS'ers. Financial aid is paid out of funds donated to NCCS for that purpose as well as through designated fund-raising activities. Such donations are tax-deductible. You can even donate on our Paypal site.
If you receive an award of financial aid, it MAY affect your income tax for the year. YOUR are responsible for finding out whether YOU are required to report scholarshiop money to the IRS as it may vary from family to family. Such awards may also affect other government grant programs.
Parents are encouraged to set aside money on a weekly basis to ocver the following year's registration fees.
Books and supplies purchased through financial aid are the property of NCCS and MUST be returned before July 1st of the next year. This allows their use by the next recipients.
Those who apply for financial aid multiple times will be asked to meet with someone appointed by the elder over homeschoolling to establish budgets and financial practices which will allow them to be freed from the need for financial aid in the future.
