Enrollment Periods:

Enrollment at New Covenant Christian School occurs primarily in two periods.  The Primary Enrollment Period is from March 1st of each year through September 1st of that year.  During this time, students enroll for the coming school year.  Applications can be found on the tract rack near the main entrance and across from the school office. They can also be downloaded.  See Admissions Downloads.  Information meetings for this enrollment period take place almost every Friday, beginning in early March and extending through the enrollment period.  See the Events Calendar for details.

NCCS has a second enrollment period beginning November 18th. Information meetings for the second semester will begin November 5th and extend through the enrollment period, except on Holiday Weeks as described in the Events Calendar.

The complete enrollment process takes about 2-3 weeks, as we must first obtain records from your previous school(s).  You can expedite this process by having the previous school fax records to us at 321-724-6932.  We sometimes administer the WRAT test for students whose records do not include standardized testing within the previous year.  We view test results as the beginning point in conversation, not a definition of the student.

High school students should be aware that transferring from another school in mid-semester can cause the loss of credits for that semester.  If you are contemplating doing this, contact us first for information on how to do so with fewer problems.
